SALES PERSON

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused part-time sales person to join our Helly Hansen team in Malta. This role offers flexible working hours, including weekday evenings from 5:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 1:00pm to 7:00pm, with opportunities to cover additional morning shifts as required. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and support the store in achieving its sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Support daily store operations and sales activities
• Promote products effectively to help achieve sales targets
• Handle transactions and customer inquiries professionally
• Be available for scheduled shifts, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional morning coverage

Requirements:

• Must be based in Malta
• TCNs must hold a valid work permit and be eligible for a secondary license
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Strong communication skills with a good command of English
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
