Set Sail & Win — Helly Hansen €1,000 Giveaway
SECTION 1 — GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
1. PROMOTER
Ellcee Nautical Supplies Ltd., trading as Camilleri Marine / Helly Hansen by Camilleri Marine Malta ("the Promoter").
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
Entries open on (12 October 2026) and close on (24 October 2026).
3. HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must complete the official registration form, either in person at the Helly Hansen container in Ta’ Xbiex or online via the registration link available on our official social media channels, providing all required information.
4. ELIGIBILITY
- Open to the public, aged 18 or over.
- Helly Hansen by Camilleri Marine ambassadors, staff, and their immediate family members may help promote the giveaway but are not eligible to win.
- One entry per person.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive €1,000 worth of Helly Hansen products. The prize is redeemable exclusively in-store at Camilleri Marine, Malta.
The giveaway is open to entrants residing anywhere; however, winners residing outside Malta are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs to redeem the prize in-store, as no cash alternative, shipping, or remote redemption is offered.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 24 October 2026 and notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries, following the same notification process. This process will be repeated until a winner responds and claims the prize.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion at any time, for reasons beyond its control.
- Participation implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. DATA CONTROLLER
Your data is collected and processed by Ellcee Nautical Supplies Ltd., trading as Camilleri Marine / Helly Hansen by Camileri Marine Malta ("we", "us"), Triq Xatt il-Mollijiet, Marsa, MRS 1152, Malta.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
Name, email address, phone number, country of residence, and any other information you choose to provide in the registration form.
3. WHY WE COLLECT IT
- To contact you regarding this giveaway.
- If you opt in: to send you marketing communications, including new stock, promotions, events, and special-occasion offers.
4. LEGAL BASIS
Entry data is processed to administer the giveaway. Marketing communications are sent only where you have given your separate, explicit consent in the registration form.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time, and withdraw your marketing consent whenever you wish (e.g. via the unsubscribe link
in our emails, or by contacting us directly).
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications, or until you request its deletion.
