Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert advice.
- Sales Mastery: Drive sales by actively promoting our products, suggesting relevant items, and upselling/cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Helly Hansen products, understanding their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify replenishment needs, and ensure optimal product display.
- Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing and engaging displays to showcase our products and inspire customers.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to optimize business strategies.
- Manage Online-Orders: Receive, prepare and track online orders to complete them, to ensure customer satisfaction.
